Herbal Sun Tea
Pick your ingredients straight from the your herb garden or buy from a local grower.
To start, toss a half cup to 1 cup of freshly cut herbs into a 1 qt canning jar. Add filtered water, a lid and then shake. Place the jar where it will receive full sunlight and shake throughout the day if possible. At the end of the day, the tea will be ready.

While still warm, shake the mixture, strain the contents and use the plant material for mulch. Pour fresh tea on ice and enjoy.
